I received incredible service from Prép and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina — both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures — they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

Yuma was the one who did the head spa for me. She knows her stuff. I really appreciate that she put in just the perfect amount of strength in the massage, as I had masseuses put in too much strength or too little in the past. You can tell she puts in a lot of attention in her techniques, doesn't half-ass anything, and treats her clients extremely courteously like someone from Japan. The whole experience was quite relaxing too, as I nearly fell asleep during some portions. I would come here again if I am a Vancouver resident, but I live in Toronto!!!! People in Vancouver are blessed.

Haircut was good. However it was difficult conversing and understand hair stylist as he just came to Vancouver recently. Good idea to use translation app until English proficiency improves whilev working at the salon.

Got my dream pastel pink hair color from Black Asian Hair. Hana is very careful and always makes sure I’m comfortable during the long procedure. I am very satisfoed with the result. Will definitely be back when I visit Vancouver again.

I learned something from Kara that most people probably get confused about myself included-you can keep length by texturing the bottom ends of hair for body & movement rather than all over short textured layers, which can be difficult to pin up or style. So you know how everyone has trouble growing out their bangs? I am not having that problem because Michael is a genius and has given me a fresh new style that works with the length and texture of my hair. Also, I have liked one hundred percent of my cuts over the last four years. You know those girls who cry on TikTok because they're gotten a bad cut? That will never be me because of Michael.

I got an amazing cut from Marina, I’ve had my hair cut by a few stylists, I always say cut it so I can just wash my hair, blow dry, no product no styling product or hair spray, no body has ever listen to these simple instructions but Marina did.
