Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

Great facial treatment by Ate Vera and iv drip by Ate Janice. I was nervous in both as needles are involved but they were all supportive and making a lot of distraction for my pain. 😆 No pain, No gain! 😅 Thank you to Ate Lai for the yellow squishy ball. 😊 There was a lot of laughter and encouraging in the mix with all three wonderful ladies of KiLai. ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommended to all who wants to feel their best, may it be your health or your skin, KiLai have the solution for it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have oily/hormonal ace skin, and her derma facial services have been extremely beneficial, particularly the specialised equipment she utilises. The booking service is simple to use, and she is extremely accommodating. I'm always pleased with the results. The salon also provides a wide range of beauty treatments. Everything in one place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Mariam! I found her through Facebook Marketplace, and at first I was a little nervous since it was my first time booking Botox with someone I found there. She fit me into her schedule quickly when other places had long wait times. Mariam is so friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything clearly and followed up afterward to make sure I was happy. I've had Botox before, but my results with Mariam are by far my favorite. I absolutely love them and highly recommend her!
