Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

Great facial treatment by Ate Vera and iv drip by Ate Janice. I was nervous in both as needles are involved but they were all supportive and making a lot of distraction for my pain. 😆 No pain, No gain! 😅 Thank you to Ate Lai for the yellow squishy ball. 😊 There was a lot of laughter and encouraging in the mix with all three wonderful ladies of KiLai. ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommended to all who wants to feel their best, may it be your health or your skin, KiLai have the solution for it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This was the first time for a Korean Glass Skin Peel, and it won't be the last. This facial is like no other I've experienced. The products used and the manner in which Jake applied the peel were very soothing, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and rejuvenated. Skin brightness and glow are obvious. Will definitely be adding Jake's Korean Glass Peel to my microneedling regime.

I am a new client and after a number of treatments, I can honestly say how pleased I am to have found an esthetician that I trust unconditionally. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.

I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have oily/hormonal ace skin, and her derma facial services have been extremely beneficial, particularly the specialised equipment she utilises. I was referred to Jake and I am so grateful I was. I have finicky skin and I get hyperpigmentations easily. I was scared to try micro needling, thinking it wouldn’t be for my skin. Jake has been completely patient in answering my questions. I finally booked and had my first micro needling treatment yesterday. It was the best experience. He has a wealth of knowledge and truly just a master at his craft. I trust him wholeheartedly. It’s been 24 hours and my skin is doing exactly what Jake said would happen. He’s simply the best!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Mariam! I found her through Facebook Marketplace, and at first I was a little nervous since it was my first time booking Botox with someone I found there. She fit me into her schedule quickly when other places had long wait times. Mariam is so friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything clearly and followed up afterward to make sure I was happy. I've had Botox before, but my results with Mariam are by far my favorite. I absolutely love them and highly recommend her!
