Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

This was the first time for a Korean Glass Skin Peel, and it won't be the last. This facial is like no other I've experienced. The products used and the manner in which Jake applied the peel were very soothing, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and rejuvenated. Skin brightness and glow are obvious. Will definitely be adding Jake's Korean Glass Peel to my microneedling regime.

Im going to start off by saying I was hesitant but due for a facial Jaclynn made me feel at ease and her expertise had me walking out glowing , refreshed and revitalized exactly what I wanted and results were instant. I got my make-up done for my friends wedding and absolutely loved it! I got so many compliments from people that said my make-up was the best of the day. The service was friendly and fun. I would come back in a heartbeat whenever I need make-up done in Hamilton! Cannot recommend enough.

I am a new client and after a number of treatments, I can honestly say how pleased I am to have found an esthetician that I trust unconditionally. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.

I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have oily/hormonal ace skin, and her derma facial services have been extremely beneficial, particularly the specialised equipment she utilises. The booking service is simple to use, and she is extremely accommodating. I'm always pleased with the results. The salon also provides a wide range of beauty treatments. Everything in one place! I was referred to Jake and I am so grateful I was. I have finicky skin and I get hyperpigmentations easily. I was scared to try micro needling, thinking it wouldn’t be for my skin. Jake has been completely patient in answering my questions. I finally booked and had my first micro needling treatment yesterday. It was the best experience. He has a wealth of knowledge and truly just a master at his craft. I trust him wholeheartedly. It’s been 24 hours and my skin is doing exactly what Jake said would happen. He’s simply the best!
