Nisha takes the time to thoughtfully curate treatment plans based on each individual’s needs. She was incredibly patient in explaining treatments and never once pushed products or prioritized sales. I’ve been to many skin and laser clinics where the focus is on selling, but that was never the case with Nisha. Despite her busy schedule, she always made time to check in on my skin and follow up on my progress. She gives candid, straightforward advice without sugarcoating, which I really appreciate. This place is truly a hidden gem in Toronto. Highly recommended!

Amazing atmosphere with an incredible staff. Got a facial with acne extraction and a mask done by V and it was incredible. Kinselle provided a very relaxing and peaceful experience. As a pregnant woman, my skin has been going through a lot of changes. Every treatment was safe and I even learned some things through pleasant conversation. She did extractions as per my request, a light and pillowy mask that smelled like a dream, and a massage that I said felt like little bunnies pouncing in a field. My skin was absolutely giving me the pregnancy glow I deserved when I left. 10/10 would recommend!!! 😌
