Nisha takes the time to thoughtfully curate treatment plans based on each individual’s needs. She was incredibly patient in explaining treatments and never once pushed products or prioritized sales. I’ve been to many skin and laser clinics where the focus is on selling, but that was never the case with Nisha. Despite her busy schedule, she always made time to check in on my skin and follow up on my progress. She gives candid, straightforward advice without sugarcoating, which I really appreciate. This place is truly a hidden gem in Toronto. Highly recommended!

One of the best spa experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The waiting area is beautiful and cozy, with thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and beverages. My facial was done by Melanie, who was absolutely wonderful—so sweet, professional, and incredibly skilled. Her face massage technique made my face feel lifted.
