Despite her busy schedule, she always made time to check in on my skin and follow up on my progress. She gives candid, straightforward advice without sugarcoating, which I really appreciate. One of the best spa experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The waiting area is beautiful and cozy, with thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and beverages. My facial was done by Melanie, who was absolutely wonderful—so sweet, professional, and incredibly skilled. Her face massage technique made my face feel lifted. She also performed a few extractions and was extremely gentle while still managing to remove some stubborn blackheads with great care. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I definitely will be returning.
