Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

Where can I start. As I entered Kirsty’s treatment room I felt immediately calm. Kirsty welcomed me making me feel very special. Her treatment couch is so warm and I completely relaxed. I opted for a hydrating facial after a short discussion with Kirsty.

I love a facial i have plenty but hers are 100% the best she takes her time and i never feel rushed. my skin was oily and i had blocked pores now i feel like my skin is clear and glowing. thank you so much xx

Had an extraction facial at Aura Whiteley and it was a really nice experience. The massage was honestly super relaxing and the ambience was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to just switch off and enjoy. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Would definitely go back 😊

Zoe was amazing for my laser hair removal session. She was knowledgable about the procedure and prepared me for what to expect. Zoe had a lovely ‘bed side manner’ and kept checking I was ok throughout the procedure. Highly professional and gave clear aftercare instructions and ability to manage expectations around results and future sessions that may be needed. Lovely clean feeling, modern clinic. Came to see Emma for a Photo Facial to try to reduce some bits of pigmentation on my face. I've been very pleased with Emma's pigmentation treatments before. This procedure was very bearable, and Emma was excellent at explaining what was happening at each stage. She is a total professional and very knowledgeable, so I was in very safe hands.
