I've tried a few infrared saunas around Melbourne and Nimbus is my favourite - lovely designed setting, super friendly staff and a great sweat. I'll be back!

My first-time infrared sauna, I feel it helps with my sore muscle and joints, nice and lovely clinic, with a new roomy sauna, clean shower, and good explanation. Lack of parking, be careful not to park in a permit zone.

Today I enjoyed a 90 minute Infrared Sauna and Hawaiian lomi treatment with Natalia. It was a sublime experience in a private and relaxed setting. Officially hooked, love coming here! From helping with my RSI on my wrist and elbows to recovering from resistance training. The hyperbaric chamber and red light therapy thumbs👍. Prices are also insanely great!

The larger sauna room itself was lovely and great for two people, and the staff are always lovely too. The Leif products in the showers are great. The only thing I would want to ask for is for hooks and a shelf in the shower cubicles to keep your clothes dry and make it easier to get dressed privately as it is such a small space. Or be able to head back into the Sauna room to get dressed after a shower as it is small and very wet on the floor.

Just what I needed. So private and peaceful. The reiki left me calm and rested, followed by the ultraviolet sauna to meditate in and refill my cup. A beautiful space, highly recommended. Will be back soon.

A wonderful, calming little spot tucked away in Collingwood. Katrina is gentle and offers a safe space to drop your guard. Left feeling relaxed and balanced. Would definitely recommend and will return.
