I had the best experience with Initial, specifically Ayala. She was super nice and sweet. I really loved the hair colour she did on me. I also learned a lot from her even though I have been dying my hair at other salons before. I wish she could stay in Vancouver so she can be my stylist forever haha.

Yuri is very responsible, reached out a few days in advance to discuss the style and consult my hair’s condition. She also gave detailed directions to help me find the store. She is attentive and professional. The hair wash was very relaxing and the hair cut was great. Very good experience!

Yuki did an amazing job on my hair. She got in touch a week before the appointment to get an idea of what I was looking for and current condition of my hair. I researched a lot about PRP and found Dr.Patrick Yam to be super knowledgeable. Initially during my consultation he answered all my questions and concerns and told me so much about PRP. I couldn’t book because I was still in school but I finally got an appointment this year and it went great! I booked it with Dr. Wii who was really gentle with me during the treatment. After my vampire facial I was given a mint mask which helped with the stinging. I highly recommend them for all your PRP needs!
