The staff from Mophead is always very helpful and friendly starting from the front desk to my hairstylist Kana. She always takes her time my haircut and does a fantastic job everytime! The salon is also clean and it’s location is very convenient.

I’ve been seeing Ken for a year now and he has helped me always achieve my colour and hair goals while also giving guidance on how to keep my hair healthy! Appointments always feel comfortable and relaxing and the newly designed space at Initial Salon elevates the entire experience. I highly recommend Ken if you are looking for a hairstylist who is professional, friendly, and who truly cares!

Eco is so so amazing it is my first time going to a Japanese hair salon and I was just mind blown at how healthy and pretty my hair looks after Eco cut my hair. She pays attention to your hair and give you great suggestions on how to improve your hair condition for example my hair is super dry however she recommend me I should use hair mask to give a healthy look. She is very gentle with your hair and gives the best cutting you want whether it is a photo you want her to recreate♡ If you want a hairstylist who have great sense of cut on long hair I highly recommend Eco!! I will be back soon !!

Kana was so lovely and she was attentive and understood what I wanted and shared her insights. I did not get the salon assistant's name but her hair washing care was a treat! From the calm ambience to the groovy lounge music playing I truly enjoyed my visit and will continue to be a customer.

Excellent first experience at this salon! Cynthia did an excellent job on my gel manicure with marble nail art. She was very accommodating, attentive to detail, and consistently ensured I was satisfied with the result. I also appreciated that the nail appointment began on time and finished earlier than expected. Overall, I was very pleased!

The salon did an excellent job with the new renovation! It is very spacious, bright and refreshing. I also decided to go for a new hairstyle with my go to stylist Kana and as usual she does a wonderful job. All the staff at Zeal is also very welcoming. They are also very organized with the bookings, which makes things simple for me!

Went with my young daughters and they loved it! Great selection of colours and the staff were so friendly. The salon is also very clean and I felt comfortable bringing my kids there for a treat to do their nails. Definitely recommend !

Katrinaaissa Beauty Artistry is a must go to place for spa and beauty care. Katrina provides an excellent service,very accommodating and professional. She uses natural and high quality beauty products and techniques. I highly recommend it to everyone. Her magic touch is therapeutic and satisfying. You will leave the spa feeling excellent and relaxed.

Ken was my hair stylist and I had a really good time at this place. Before going to the salon, we went through my hair history, current hair situations and my expectation. Based on these information, Ken made a personalized plan for me and explained me necessary steps and its reasons to take care of my hair. I would definitely came back to this place again because he is one of the most professional hair stylists I have seen so far.

First time coming to a salon and got my hair cut by Kiko. I had a good experience; she was very nice and gave me a lot of suggestions/advice.

The hairstylist, Angus, was attentive to what I wanted to achieve and gave good input on what needed to be done. The staff and vibe inside is nice. The salon is easy to access with 2hrs of free parking. I loved the results, would go again and recommend the salon.
