I had been dealing with quite a bit of pain in my body, but this massage made such a huge difference. The therapist was very attentive and really understood where the tension was coming from. The pressure was perfect, and I could feel my muscles gradually relaxing throughout the session. By the end, the pain had eased so much and I felt incredibly light and comfortable. I’m really grateful for the care and professionalism, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for real relief.

Noriko is incredible. I have had an auto-inflammatory/immune issues for years and been in a lot of pain with minimal improvement. I had a remedial massage with Noriko and had instant relief, she’s lovely and very much cares about your progress.

The most phenomenal deep tissue 90 minute massage, an 11/10! Tonnille took the time to understand my problem areas and applied just the right amount of pressure to work through all the tension and knots. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with noticeably improved mobility. Highly recommend for anyone needing real relief from muscle tightness or stress—this place is a hidden gem! After feeling tired, flat and constantly experiencing pain in my back and knees for the last few months, I decided it was due to working as a gardener and getting older. Then my daughter convinced me to try the ice plunge. After the first session my mood lifted and I walked down the stairs with no knee pain. Then I tried a second session, that night I went into a beautiful deep sleep, something I hadn't done in months. Today was my third session. The Ice Plunge is challenging and Jess is wonderful at keeping you calm and helping you through the experience. The rewards are amazing!

I visited Luca two weeks in a row for remedial massage after having shoulder and arm pain for months. He targeted tight muscles in my back, neck & shoulders and I now have much more movement and awareness of where I’ve been holding tension, and am stretching and moving more to ensure the pain doesn’t return.
