I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Had the most incredible experience at Royal York Spa! A huge thank you to Anya for the kind invitation and for giving me the best facial ever. My skin feels absolutely refreshed and glowing. The facial included the most relaxing face, scalp, shoulders, and décolleté massage — pure bliss from start to finish. To top it all off, Anya surprised me with a freshly made juice and a beautiful handmade cream she created herself. Such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. Can’t wait to be back!

I went into this appointment not excepting much- just a sense of curiosity. I had a puffy armpit which was bothering me (I did the medical checks so not that kind) and after a google search I found lymphatic drainage massages. I booked this spa because of previous great experiences. Anastasia did a wonderful job I basically went into theta phase from how relaxed I got. My armpit is noticeably different :) I highly recommend visiting her at the spa if you have a similar problem.

I have been to many spa/salons to get my nails done but this is my favourite place. Always inviting and relaxing and just love the atmosphere at this place. The staff are so friendly and kind and facility is always very well kept and super clean, very high end spa. Iris does my shellac nails and she always does a beautiful job. Very happy I have found this place.

Danielle always makes my visit relaxing and pleasurable. She seems to know exactly what needs to me worked on. I go there with tense muscles and I leave nice and relaxed. I also appreciate how she always has the bed to my exact temperature setting to further enhance my experience

After looking at her reviews, I decided to get a purifying & hydrating facial and a back facial with Tiffany. Tiffany exceeded my expectations and made my whole experience super relaxing and comfortable to the point where I got sleepy and started to make involuntary snoring sounds. 😂🙈 During my appointment, I also learned a lot and Tiffany was very knowledgeable on providing me tips on maintaining my skin care problems. I definitely look forward to coming back and highly recommend Tiffany for your skincare needs.

My hair was a disaster- damaged, I had used different pharmacy hair colours and it is thinning at a rapid pace. A friend recommended I try the Venus Victoria Salon. Bill did a fabulous job with the colour and Teighlor with the cut. I am positively delighted and will be a faithful client from now on. I live in the east end of Toronto but it’s worth the drive to get my hair done right. It looks great and Teighlor even recommended products that help build volume and hide the thinning. Fabulous treatment. Great wash and massage!!! Victoria has a wonderful massage technique. The staff are very nice and kind. While you can blow dry your hair by yourself, I believe that the staff should do that quickly but without the styling. A former employee of free, used to come over while I tried to style it, but he would dry it and also put in a wave, for free, just because. He was always fun and I enjoyed talking with him.I don't blame him for moving to a Francophone community as they have more joie and charm than Toronto. The exception is the staff here at Olenza's
