Best lash installation I have ever had. I told her what I wanted but didn’t have high hopes since no one has ever really done exactly what I wanted. I was in shock she got everything right (volume, length). It’s so sad I don’t stay in Toronto but at least I know who to go to when I’m her. To my surprise Clenia took her time to make sure the mapping was to my satisfaction and she did this with such professionalism and poise. This was by far the best salon experience I have ever had! Bill did such an incredible job on my colour and cut - he is a true artist. Nothing felt rushed, he really took the time to make sure that my highlights were blended masterfully and that my cut complemented the shape of my face. I literally walked out looking a decade younger than when I walked in. I was so thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and the overall experience that I will be coming back to see Bill for my hair from now on. I can't recommend this salon enough!
