I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Fabulous experience with Iris. Great pedicure and waxing done perfectly. Spa is very clean, all the instruments are sterilized. Relaxing atmosphere, warm friendly service. This is my favourite spa, just love it

Chloe was amazing, kind, knowledgeable and very patient! She was very focussed on her work, super gentle with the tools and made sure to check in with me on the progress of my nails !! I changed my mind on a 3d art for a few nails and she willing removed it and started the process all over again on going cat eyes for all. I felt bad but she was super understanding and kind about it. Thank you Chloe for such an amazing experience :) would definitely recommend - most gentle nail tech I've ever had

Tracy absolutely saved the day! I smudged my nails right in the middle of dress shopping and was stressing about it, but she took me and completely redid it. The result was flawless—you couldn’t even tell anything had gone wrong. She was quick, professional, and so kind the entire time. It really made my whole day better. Picasso has become my go to salon for lots of different services. It’s a large salon and they have comfy chairs. They always offer water and fruit when you step on the door. They do a great mani/pedi and waxing. Both Grace and Brian are so lovely and always do a great job! Will be back again and again!
