Incredible. 10/10 would book again. Louise is lovely, welcoming, and has a really consultative approach, asking where you feel the issues are and what you need from the session. The environment is also amazing, super relaxing, designed to aid relaxation for all senses - the bed is super comfy and the bedding / comforter is so cosy. Louise used a range of techniques and pressure to adapt to the problem areas and really get to the root of the issues.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I've been to three different salons to try and find what I've been asking for, and none have been able to get my hair coloured how I wanted and finally, Beth managed it!! So pleased with the result of my cut and colour with Beth. Highly recommend.
