Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

Wow! As soon as I walked in I was blown away by the professional stunning interior and salon set up and welcoming warm friendly atmosphere! I love this clinic on the corner in a beautiful location! My first Ever Tweakments! I’m approaching the big 50! I was fully supported with advice and guidance, Lel knows her stuff inside out! I was immediately inspired to hand over my treatment plan to her! Because what mattered to me was someone who knows exactly what they are doing, I would class Lel as an expert in this! Today’s bespoke treatments left me naturally lifted! Can’t wait to go back! Xxx

Shame there’s only 5 stars as I would give chelelle a 10/10 rating! Very thorough and made me feel so at ease when doing this treatment. Service with a smile and very efficient. Never fails to answer any questions I have pre and post treatment. I had now had a few treatments from the chair and couldn’t recommend more highly!

Samantha and Anna are so warm and welcoming. Two really lovely ladies & Samantha is a true perfectionist. She went over and beyond to make sure that my results looked perfect. I am in love with my fox eyes, eyebrow lift. PDO threads The treatment was basically painless and I was spoken to throughout the treatment, Samantha was constantly checking I was okay. The results are way better than I could even of imagined. True professionals! The clinic is beautiful and has a very high standard of cleanliness. Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I recently had a facial at Brock Aesthetics, and as a man who had never had one before, Jane immediately put me at ease — She was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain every step so I knew exactly what to expect. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing, and I was surprised at how comfortable I felt throughout the whole experience. The results were brilliant my skin looked clearer, smoother, and noticeably refreshed. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to leave! I have already booked future appointments.

I’ve been seeing Jane at Brock Aesthetic Clinic for microneedling every six weeks for about six months now, and I’m so pleased with the results. My skin has improved so much. Jane is lovely, she’s professional, friendly, and always makes me feel comfortable. She really takes the time to listen, explain everything, and never makes me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best results and always goes the extra mile. I honestly can’t recommend Jane and Brock Aesthetic Clinic enough.
