Shame there’s only 5 stars as I would give chelelle a 10/10 rating! Very thorough and made me feel so at ease when doing this treatment. Service with a smile and very efficient. Never fails to answer any questions I have pre and post treatment. I had now had a few treatments from the chair and couldn’t recommend more highly!

Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

Samantha and Anna are so warm and welcoming. Two really lovely ladies & Samantha is a true perfectionist. She went over and beyond to make sure that my results looked perfect. I am in love with my fox eyes, eyebrow lift. PDO threads The treatment was basically painless and I was spoken to throughout the treatment, Samantha was constantly checking I was okay. The results are way better than I could even of imagined. True professionals! The clinic is beautiful and has a very high standard of cleanliness. Lauren is undeniably the best in Bath! Such great service and always feel so comfortable, can never go anywhere else!

I recently had a facial at Brock Aesthetics, and as a man who had never had one before, Jane immediately put me at ease — She was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain every step so I knew exactly what to expect. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing, and I was surprised at how comfortable I felt throughout the whole experience. The results were brilliant my skin looked clearer, smoother, and noticeably refreshed. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to leave! I have already booked future appointments.

I visited Jess today for a back, neck and shoulder massage whilst away on holiday. She was absolutely incredible! Definitely great value for money. She’s so lovely and really skilled. One of the best massages I have ever had. Thank you so much! I will certainly book again when I’m next in Bath. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I would really recommend Bianka, I am only visiting Bath for a few days, but it would definitely be my place of choice for all beauty needs if I lived here.

I have been visiting Lel for the past year and she is the best practitioner I have used. I'm always really happy with the treatments that are performed and I feel super confident with the results. Lel is very reassuring and is very informative about the treatments and offers amazing advice for future treatments. Leah is a fantastic addition and goes above and beyond to book my appointment's in and love the before and after pictures that she sends through. Lel and Leah are such a good team and the clinic is absolutely beautiful and they should be super proud.
