To ensure fairness and accommodate all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy: • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled appointment will not incur any fee. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to show up without notice (no-shows), will be charged 100% of the service fee.
