As always brilliant session, legs are improving, muscles are becoming more relaxed as time goes on over past few months, muscles were very odemitous, but not as much can't believe the improvement in such a short space of time, should have done this year's ago and kept on top of it, but Jo is amazing with the massage therapy and advice, defo recommend

Guaranteed relaxation (with a side of laughing) and personalised guidance and recommendations to maximise your glow. I’ve never had so many people ask me what I’m doing with my skin! I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough, especially if you are busy and need someone to remind you to relax and look after and prioritise yourself. A sports massage is not for the faint hearted but they make you feel so good afterwards. I can tell the difference in my training by having them. I 💯 recommend Essential Remedial Massage. Give one a try you will feel the benefits if you do fitness or strength training.
