The spotless facilities, especially the hot stone steam room, are world-class and deeply rejuvenating. With a perfect location opposite Dubai Mall and stunning Burj Khalifa views, Sultana Spa is a true five-star retreat I’ll happily return to.

Suzie who did my nails was super! She is very attentive and professional. There was a slight mix up with the prices but the staff recognised the issue and corrected it which I greatly appreciate. I’d definitely recommend getting your nails done with Suzie, she is lovely and really cares about delivering a great customer experience. I’ll definitely come back to the salon on my next visit to Dubai.

Excellent Salon with exceptional customer service, right from owner (Rema) to all the team that work here, was so impressed at their care, customer service skills, attention to detail. Today I had a Moroccan bath for men in Dubai with Hisham, and honestly, everything from A to Z was perfect.
