I took my mom to KiWest Spa for the pedicure experience. She was attended to by Ms Oni Scantlebury, who I found was patient, calm and genuine. She offered her a glass of wine in lue of her upcoming Birthdays and that small gesture put a beautiful smile on my mom's face. Ms Oni was professional , what stood out for me the onlookers, was her gentleness, calm and pleasant demeanor. Thank you for making the experience a pleasant one for my mom.
