Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

Kerrica is very professional. She made me feel comfortable the entire time, and I really appreciated that she checked the wax temperature since my skin is sensitive. She’s also very thorough and made sure everything was properly done. Highly recommend!

Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

I had been considering laser hair removal for a few years but shied away due to the cost and fear of it hurting. When Aunty Tash told me she was offering laser I knew she was someone I could trust to make it as comfortable as possible. Though it did sting a bit, all of the cooling processes she used helped so much. I had very minimal redness, bumps or pain during and after. It was no where near as painful or intense as I thought it would be and would arguably say waxing hurts more. I can’t wait for my next session and highly recommend laser to anyone considering trying! You will not regret it.

I loved the patience and the time that was taken to get to know likes and dislikes, that was refreshing. The spa was beautiful, comfortable and clean i liked that, I even fell asleep during my chin and brow waxing, now who does that during a waxing, that only shows how good Al is that one can sleep while hair is being ripped from ones face. Best facial I’ve ever had! As a male it’s not quite often you dabble into proper skincare practices but after booking the King Facial with Remi and having my consultation, this was the guided push i needed to take my skincare seriously. Would definitely recommend!
