Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

My experience was amazing as usual. Tiffany is always on time and ready to get down to business as soon as you walk through the door. She is always professional and loves what she does. Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

I had been considering laser hair removal for a few years but shied away due to the cost and fear of it hurting. When Aunty Tash told me she was offering laser I knew she was someone I could trust to make it as comfortable as possible. Though it did sting a bit, all of the cooling processes she used helped so much. I had very minimal redness, bumps or pain during and after. It was no where near as painful or intense as I thought it would be and would arguably say waxing hurts more. I can’t wait for my next session and highly recommend laser to anyone considering trying! You will not regret it.

First time receiving waxing for eyebrows that I was treated to such exceptional service..The service provider did an extremely good job at shaping my eyebrows.....and was also personable....Will return for other services and will share my experience with friends and colleagues ..

I loved the patience and the time that was taken to get to know likes and dislikes, that was refreshing. The spa was beautiful, comfortable and clean i liked that, I even fell asleep during my chin and brow waxing, now who does that during a waxing, that only shows how good Al is that one can sleep while hair is being ripped from ones face. Khadijah was wonderful, professional and gentle. She made sure to discuss my preferences before and during the procedure to make sure the service was tailored to my needs. I had a brow wax and tint, she was alot more gentle with the wax than im used to lol ... she was very precise with the brow mapping and the shape of my brows was great. Will have to update on the colour and longevity of the tint in another post! Great job!

Natasha is knowledgeable about her craft and I thoroughly enjoyed my radiance facial which helped renewed my skin after some sun burn my eyebrows were arched to perfection and the "walkabout" pedicure was well done and not rushed...I will be returning again to try these and other services on offer because of the cost, cleanliness and professionalism found at Encore.
