Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

My experience was amazing as usual. Tiffany is always on time and ready to get down to business as soon as you walk through the door. She is always professional and loves what she does. It was first time doing a wax, while the initial feeling was a shock, Kesha made sure I was comfortable and allowed me a couple minutes to breathe. Overall the experience was new and I was in good hands, definitely continue waxing in the future .

I usually get a wax and my hair done. This time I got my nails done , as usually service is great. I love my nails!!!!!!’

I got the detox steam and the sugar wax. This was my first time getting the sugar wax done and my pain tolerance is very low and we all know how painful it can be, but she was so patience and understanding with me, she made sure I was comfortable and tried to make it as less painful as possible. Ps that steam does got me wet asf got my bf in bare trouble loool See you the next 4 wks 🥰

Highly recommended! Called them at around 12nn today if they can accept walk in clients and didn't hesitate to accept me and my fiancé. This establishment is absolutely beautiful! I was extremely impressed by the ambiance from the moment I walked in. Lakiesha made me feel so comfortable—our conversation flowed so naturally while she worked that I completely relaxed and ended up falling asleep 😂. For a first visit, not feeling nervous at all and actually dozing off was pure bliss. I truly enjoyed the hour spent getting my brows and lashes done, and they gave my face the perfect boost!

As always, Satya just gets my eyebrows ON POINT! She knows exactly how to shape them for my face, and tints them so perfectly, I'm blown away every time! Thank you thank you thank you!

Tina was so knowledgeable about general physiology that she was able to understand how an underlying condition i had affected my skin and work to suit. She's also extremely personable and made me feel so very comfortable with my bikini wax, i might let her do a brazilian next time and i SWORE i could never show myself to a tech like that, she made me feel THAT comfortable. In a nutshell - kind, efficient, great quality and price.

Khadijah was wonderful, professional and gentle. She made sure to discuss my preferences before and during the procedure to make sure the service was tailored to my needs. I had a brow wax and tint, she was alot more gentle with the wax than im used to lol ... she was very precise with the brow mapping and the shape of my brows was great. Will have to update on the colour and longevity of the tint in another post! Great job!
