From the moment I walk in Keon's studio, the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The service itself was fast, with little to no pain, and the results were flawless! Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

Kerrica is very professional. She made me feel comfortable the entire time, and I really appreciated that she checked the wax temperature since my skin is sensitive. She’s also very thorough and made sure everything was properly done. Highly recommend!

Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

I loved the patience and the time that was taken to get to know likes and dislikes, that was refreshing. The spa was beautiful, comfortable and clean i liked that, I even fell asleep during my chin and brow waxing, now who does that during a waxing, that only shows how good Al is that one can sleep while hair is being ripped from ones face. I took my mom to KiWest Spa for the pedicure experience. She was attended to by Ms Oni Scantlebury, who I found was patient, calm and genuine. She offered her a glass of wine in lue of her upcoming Birthdays and that small gesture put a beautiful smile on my mom's face. Ms Oni was professional , what stood out for me the onlookers, was her gentleness, calm and pleasant demeanor. Thank you for making the experience a pleasant one for my mom.

This establishment is absolutely beautiful! I was extremely impressed by the ambiance from the moment I walked in. Lakiesha made me feel so comfortable—our conversation flowed so naturally while she worked that I completely relaxed and ended up falling asleep 😂. For a first visit, not feeling nervous at all and actually dozing off was pure bliss. I truly enjoyed the hour spent getting my brows and lashes done, and they gave my face the perfect boost!

Best facial I’ve ever had! As a male it’s not quite often you dabble into proper skincare practices but after booking the King Facial with Remi and having my consultation, this was the guided push i needed to take my skincare seriously. Would definitely recommend!

Overall amazing experience!! Shané is very knowledgeable and walked me through each stage of the everything facial as she performed the service, the studio was very clean, inviting and private, Shané was very professional and it was so relaxing I fell asleep, but I woke up looking like a million bucks.
