Antonella rescued my hair from a previous cut elsewhere, and gave me the results I'd always hoped for. She explained everything really clearly and simply, and demonstrated everything for me. I went in nervous, and came out relieved. She is also really friendly. My new favourite hairdresser in Cairns.

I have been going to Antonia for over 2 years and I could not be happier with how she cuts my curly hair. My hair is quite grey and has gotten more frizzy with age. She helped me with how to care and manage my curls to reduce the fizziness. I wish I had found her when I was younger. My daughter (29 yr) who has the same curly hair goes to this salon and see the other stylist, who is equally great with not only curly hair but all hair types. I would highly and strongly recommend this salon, for all types, especially curly hair.

Availability and booking was really easy online and I was so happy to find somewhere open on a Sunday as I was visiting Cairns for the weekend! My service (blow wave) felt rushed as the stylist was under the pump and I had a bit of a headache by the end. However It was lovely to be served a mimosa on arrival and the staff (Jeff and Francesco) were both really friendly and I will definitely be back if I’m visiting again.

I am so happy to have found Hairdressers at Work! Antonella knows curly hair so well and how to work with the curls to create a beautiful style. She also has a great eye for colour and knowing how to colour to suit the curls. She was able to envisage what I wanted and come up with the plan to create it. I walked out so happy with my new curly hair!!!!

Absolute Beautiful Salon and Daisy the salon puppy is sooo cute. Danielle and her team are awesome Renae is a beautiful person, Danielle does my colour. I get a weekly blowout with personalised shampoo and conditioner by Renae. By far the best Salon I’ve been to in cairns and northern beaches and I have lived her for 14 years been to them all but nothing compares to this Salon, a much needed vibrant Hollywood Palm Beach Vive with lots of pink and bling, Uber trendy. Would highly recommend this Salon and Danielle and her awesome team . Tanya

Caitlyn is amazing! She worked her magic and gave me the most fresh, bright blonde and styled it into the most beautiful, bouncy curls — perfect and ready for the weekend. I went in for a wash and blow dry, I had Tiana look after me and she was sensational. Tiana is very warm and very good at what she does! The salon itself was minimalist chic, I’d definitely go back if I lived in Cairns! Thank you!

Love the layered haircut I got for my long hair! Very professional service from the wash to the blow dry. I have tried so many other places in cairns but they just wouldn’t/afraid to cut the disconnected layer in my hair!! Francesco is very skilled and cut my dream hair! So much more volume, movement and easier for me to style a 90s blowout. Francesco Thank you! I strongly recommend this salon.
