My massage really helped my neck and shoulders, I felt very relaxed and the scalp massage was amazing. The girls were so helpful and friendly and I loved the honey tea. 🍵 Next time I'm in Cairns I will definitely be making another booking. Only wish you had a retreat in Townsville.

Natural Palm is hands down the best massage place in Cairns. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and everything feels very clean, calm, and professional from the moment you walk in. Palm was extremely professional, attentive, and skilled. I felt completely taken care of throughout the whole session. I left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. Such a beautiful experience from start to finish. I booked the 1-hour Focusing Massage with the Indian Head Massage & Hair Treatment, and it was exactly what I needed. The spa has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere, and my therapist (Palm is AMAZING!!) was absolutely wonderful. She listened to where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment perfectly. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and genuinely looked after. Worth every cent, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Cairns! Thank you, Palm!

I absolutely loved my visit to The Retreat Head Spa and Massage! It was such a lovely birthday treat for myself, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The whole vibe was so calming and relaxing. I felt completely refreshed afterwards. Me and my two friends booked the trio session and we all loved it! It was the perfect way to unwind and treat ourselves. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to go back and enjoy the full experience all over again! 💆‍♀️✨

Natural Palm Day Spa has a beautifully tranquil setting that relaxes you the moment you walk in. The staff are welcoming, great attention to detail and prioritise your comfort above all else. My partner and I got a 3 hour couples package, I cannot rate highly enough and would go as far to say this is the best massage I’ve received in Cairns.

Wow… Alexandra is an incredible healer. I had a 90-minute Reiki healing session with her and left feeling balanced, relaxed, lighter, and genuinely happy. I'd say quite literally the BEST scalp massage I've ever had in my life - amazing!! The process was so thorough, from assessing my scalp and hair condition , to really deep cleansing and rinsing of the shampoo, ensuring your nape doesn't miss out too! This was then followed by the scalp treatment and conditioning, which was absolute bliss. Lauren is incredible, do yourself a favour, book in for some self care that you will not regret.
