I had booked a colour consultation with Renee and walked out with a brand new hair style. My hair was boxed dyed black and my grey hair was on show. I had been dying my own hair for years and Renee was able to get my hair to a beautiful brown colour with highlights. I cried with joy when I looked at myself in the mirror. Thanks Renee. I ❤️ my new hair! Highly recommend Cuts By Carella. The team made me feel welcomed and it's got a great vibe. Here's a before and after pic.

Absolutely great staff. Friendly, makes you feel comfortable. Had the correct curling styling which I wanted but when I drove home (1 hour away) almost all the curls have gone which was disappointing.

Abby. We've tried to contact you multiple times to address your concerns aroud the curls. You have to pick up the phone to get a resolution. Posting a 3 star review across available feedback surfaces is not helping you get a resolution. And im not chasing it further. preference to providing public feedback without touching base for a resolution inclines me to resolve this at the following boundary: service rendered rather than promise not kept. Contact us if you want this resolved or choose the block graveyard of entitlement. Your choice
