I am visiting Cairns for 2 weeks and was a walk in client wanting my lashes filled as I didn’t get to have them done before leaving Brisbane. I was greeted by a lovely girl by the name of Michelle and made a booking to have my lashes done with her on the following day. I was very impressed with everything about this salon. I laid in the most beautiful treatment room on the most comfortable beauty bed whilst having my lashes done, and was EXTREMELY happy with how my lashes looked upon completion of my appointment. Thank you Michelle. I absolutely love them! You did a wonderful job 💝

I had a wonderful experience at Beauty Impact! One of my big pains is that there is always some hair left on my legs after just having them waxed - but Tracy really made sure that she got them all. This is a really fantastic salon - relaxing, pampering, expert, friendly and kind. The best way I can describe it is ethical luxe. If you are, like me, new to town and are not sure where to go for that little treat or indulgence and want to be treated like a princess don’t look any further. Faux fur blankets, warm bed to hop into after the ‘nasty’ treatment for the remainder, delicious elixirs and dainty little edible treats presented in a glass cloche post-treatment were some of the highlights. Donna is a font of information about the best cafes in Edge Hill and the must-do’s in Cairns.

This was a really great experience! I want for lash tint, brow stain which was new to me, and bikini wax. She did a great job on my brows and explained the stain, and ensured we aligned on the colour. She made me super comfortable - the spa treatment room is very tidy and well-appointed. I’ve had bikini / Brazilian waxes done in Canada, Saudi Arabia and now here in Cairns and this was the most efficient and painless visit in nearly 25 years of them. I’m not sure what exactly the product was, but it went on smoothly without tugging and NOT burning hot, and was super effective. Recommend!!

5 stars – A wonderful experience! Today I visited Soul Beauty Co for a half leg wax, eyelash and eyebrow tint, and eyebrow wax, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Donna, the owner, is such a lovely woman — warm, caring, and incredibly professional. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and took great care in every part of the treatment. Absolutely amazing beautician! An incredibly kind and professional lady with a beautiful, welcoming home studio. She’s consistently reliable, gentle, and precise — I always leave feeling great.
