I am visiting Cairns for 2 weeks and was a walk in client wanting my lashes filled as I didn’t get to have them done before leaving Brisbane. I was greeted by a lovely girl by the name of Michelle and made a booking to have my lashes done with her on the following day. I was very impressed with everything about this salon. I laid in the most beautiful treatment room on the most comfortable beauty bed whilst having my lashes done, and was EXTREMELY happy with how my lashes looked upon completion of my appointment. Thank you Michelle. I absolutely love them! You did a wonderful job 💝

I had a wonderful experience at Beauty Impact! One of my big pains is that there is always some hair left on my legs after just having them waxed - but Tracy really made sure that she got them all. I am absolutely thrilled to find DJ. After a botched haircut 2 weeks ago l got to the stage that l could not put up with my hair 1 more day. After reading 4 hours of reviews l crossed my fingers and decided to make an appointment with DJ at Suede. It was 1am in the morning when l went to make an appointment. I couldn't believe it when he had an appointment for 4pm that day. It was meant to be. DJ is certainly a professional and knows his stuff. I have now found my new hairdresser in Cairns. I would highly recommend DJ 👌

Very relaxing. Not like the usual “busy” salons I have experienced in the past in Cairns. I felt like I was treated with dignity & respect. Every ingredient was explained to me. Sally was very thoughtful, asked me what tea I would like to drink during the foot spa session, & engaged in providing quality time with my feet, toes and lower limb massage. I will be returning to Serene Retreat when I am in Cairns again next. Serene Retreat is now my new chosen place of serenity for receiving an ultimate pedicure and massage.

This is a really fantastic salon - relaxing, pampering, expert, friendly and kind. The best way I can describe it is ethical luxe. If you are, like me, new to town and are not sure where to go for that little treat or indulgence and want to be treated like a princess don’t look any further. Faux fur blankets, warm bed to hop into after the ‘nasty’ treatment for the remainder, delicious elixirs and dainty little edible treats presented in a glass cloche post-treatment were some of the highlights. Donna is a font of information about the best cafes in Edge Hill and the must-do’s in Cairns.

I highly recommend Avoca to everyone. I had a last minute brow appointment with Sarah - my first since returning to Cairns after moving 3 years ago. I’ve definitely missed coming here as no where else compares. The whole online booking process was smooth and efficient. Sarah provided the most relaxing, friendly, calming and precise service for me. I love my new brows! The overall feel and style of the place is beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing 😌

Absolutely loved my experience at Suede Hair in Cairns! I got a fresh cut and they did an amazing job refreshing my blonde hair after it had gone a little yellow from the sun & swimming during my holiday. The colour looks bright and healthy again. On top of that, I got to hold the most adorable, well-behaved dog while they cut my hair — honestly the best bonus ever 🐶💛 Everything was perfect from start to finish. Friendly, professional, and relaxing. Highly recommend!

I had 30’ relaxation massage with Jade and it was one of the best one in Cairns by far. Jade had an excellent technique and the pressure strength was absolutely perfect! The treatment worths the money paid! I will come back to try many other treatments!

This was a really great experience! I want for lash tint, brow stain which was new to me, and bikini wax. She did a great job on my brows and explained the stain, and ensured we aligned on the colour. She made me super comfortable - the spa treatment room is very tidy and well-appointed. I’ve had bikini / Brazilian waxes done in Canada, Saudi Arabia and now here in Cairns and this was the most efficient and painless visit in nearly 25 years of them. I’m not sure what exactly the product was, but it went on smoothly without tugging and NOT burning hot, and was super effective. Recommend!!

5 stars – A wonderful experience! Today I visited Soul Beauty Co for a half leg wax, eyelash and eyebrow tint, and eyebrow wax, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Donna, the owner, is such a lovely woman — warm, caring, and incredibly professional. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and took great care in every part of the treatment. My brows and lashes look amazing, and the waxing was quick and gentle. I highly recommend Soul Beauty Coto anyone looking for quality service in a relaxing, welcoming space.
