We had a couples massage as we are visiting Cairns on holidays - Googled Massage and Foot and Body came up - reviews were great and the service right from the start with a foot spa prior to the commencement of the massage was relaxing! We booked 90 mins and I was wishing I had booked the 2 hrs! We would certainly love to visit again but heading back home to the farm in NSW tomorrow! Thanks Cairns Foot and Body!!

Natural Palm Day Spa has a beautifully tranquil setting that relaxes you the moment you walk in. The staff are welcoming, great attention to detail and prioritise your comfort above all else. My partner and I got a 3 hour couples package, I cannot rate highly enough and would go as far to say this is the best massage I’ve received in Cairns.

I had the most amazing experience getting my eyelashes and eyebrows done! She was so sweet, gentle, and truly caring throughout the whole appointment. Not only did she do an incredible job on my lashes and brows (I’m obsessed with the results!), but she also went above and beyond by giving me the most relaxing head massage. I absolutely loved my visit to The Retreat Head Spa and Massage! It was such a lovely birthday treat for myself, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The whole vibe was so calming and relaxing. I felt completely refreshed afterwards. Me and my two friends booked the trio session and we all loved it! Yuka is amazing!!! I woke up barely able to move my head this morning because my neck was all seized up. I didn’t have high hopes because this has happened before and it usually takes several massages and dry needling and stretching for a week to feel better. I just need a tiny bit of relief so I was so happy there was a last minute booking. After my 1 hr massage with Yuka I feel like a new person!!!! I’m amazed and so so grateful. I will definitely be back.
