Great! I did a texture release forbthe first time and was pleased with how my hair turned out. The stylist Tracey-Ann was nice and communicated openly and was very understanding. The salon space was nicely set up and clean and organized. It was also easy to find and we received the directions ahead of time and booking the service and getting the confirmation was a quick and seamless process. Definitely going back.

I was happy that my appointment started right on time! My stylist, Stacy, was good at her craft! She did a good job and I was pleased with the outcome. The shop is a little disorganised and untidy, but it didn´t take away from the fact that the ladies were professionals doing a good job!

This was more than a good experience even though I was lost trying to find the location but she was very polite and customer friendly. My hair finished so fast lol! Definitely gonna be my new hairdresser. My hair wasn't even tight and it was perfectly done like the photo I showed her and was very reasonable ❤️💕🫶 Book her and see for yourself! You’ll never go back to your old hairdresser 💕🫶😊

This was second time.. The stylist did her thing. Her colleagues helped to finish up (team work). Took longer than I expected but I guess my hair was shorter than they expected 🤭. Another great job done by Team Shantianna!
