Nikki Hughes is a wonderful person to work with. She is thoughtful, knowledgable, thorough and very easy to talk to. Their front desk is quick and efficient. It was intimidating to come into a wellness clinic as a male, but Health and Vitality has made the process very comfortable.

My appointment at the clinic went well as usual. Dr Naren is excellent at putting me at ease. I found the appointment to be very relaxed and also helpful, because he is a GP he is helpful for questions in reference to my health also. My experience with one and only health clinic was great. This was my first visit and they answered to all my queries, Plus gave me free face analysis with consultation regarding my skin concerns.
