The service provided is really good, the only thing that is frustrating is that the person providing the service is always trying to include additional treatments onto what you have asked for. The package bought was for a haircut, threading & 20min relaxing treatment. The barber was made clear on this by my husband & the receptionist. Besides trying to push a facial, he also tried to add a "beard trim" to the bill. Thankfully the receptionist intervened & told him "we told you what the client is here for." Having this happen is really irritating & makes you think twice about coming back.

Ripa always achieves excellent results with my hair, which is not easy to cut. I spent a lot of time trying to find a good hairdresser, and Im so happy to have found Ripa, who is a real expert when it comes to hair cuts and styling. I highly recommend her.

Amazing Salon and very professional and courteous staff. The best Salon in Dubai. Pam is amazing. She is very skillful and professional in hair cutting and coloring. She has a magic and gentle hands. Other staff members are also very skillful and professional. I did not have any bad experiences with any of them. They are hardworking, dedicated and highly professional team.
