I came to this branch after a long time and J wasn't disappointed at all. Krsytal greeted me with her ever wonderful and pretty smile. She was very helpful. My session with Eden was great. She knew exactly what she was doing knew where I had spasms and needed additional focus on. She relieved me from a lot of stress and relaxed my muscles. Thanks a lot Eden. The facility was well maintained and kept clean. Will definitely visit again.

Very professional service. The lady (nail technician) arrived a little early and had all the tools required to offer a great mani/pedi service to my friend who was visiting. Very polite and courteous, and even had the lovely plinky plink music playing that you get in a spa! Would definitely recommend and book again (for myself).

Treatment itself very good as last time. Change of playlist Yay! This time sounds more like the general hotel chill lounge playlist. Was played from general sound system and not a poor quality stand alone speaker like previous time. Much better, yet not vet spa / relaxing tune

The service was excellent. The spa itself was very clean

I did coloring and haircut today and completely satisfied with it. Ms Iffat was so loving and handled my hair so carefully. I highly recommend if you are looking for a good hair stylist around silicon and Liwan😍😍😍

The front desk receptionist was very welcoming, and the technician was highly professional—I forgot to ask her name. For those who spend every day in the office, a spa visit is the best choice.

Ive had massages in many super fancy spas, but Cindy is the best massage therapist I’ve ever known. Thank you!!!

Overall experience was good but improvements can be made. Plus points are good offers, spacious layout, no delays in getting treatments and nice staff. Things to improve on is better cleanliness (there was a few used tissues next to manicure chair and the hair wash chair had hair strands and water spots). Also the spray used for washing hair is too strong and sprays water over the client's face. It would be nice too to offer clients some tea or water.

I love this salon so much and come here especially for Seema who does all my beauty treatments. She really takes her time with the services and is so friendly. She has a lovely smile on her face and I’m always so happy after my treatments. Thank you Seema
