The service provided is really good, the only thing that is frustrating is that the person providing the service is always trying to include additional treatments onto what you have asked for. The package bought was for a haircut, threading & 20min relaxing treatment. The barber was made clear on this by my husband & the receptionist. Besides trying to push a facial, he also tried to add a "beard trim" to the bill. Thankfully the receptionist intervened & told him "we told you what the client is here for." Having this happen is really irritating & makes you think twice about coming back.

It's my 2nd time to have my gelish nails done by Celine. I was so impressed as she did it so well and the nail polish lasted for a month without any cracks or damage at all, the nails just grew and gap was visible so I needed to refresh. She's an expert in her craft and suggests the right nail colors for your skintone. She also makes you feel at home and relaxed. I had a haircut with blow dry today. Amazing cut, the hair feel so fresh and alive. The staff was also kind enough to accommodate a walk in request for threading despite being super busy. Have been a loyal cusotmer since 10 years now, and highly recommended for all services.

The experience was amazing. I did my hair, nails and threading. Beautifully did all of them. Perfect threading, beautiful blow dry and curls and cute french tips. Highly recommend.
