I had such a lovely experience getting my pedicure, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I sat down, I felt completely relaxed and cared for. The space was clean and calming, and everything was done with so much attention to detail. Vikram was incredibly kind and welcoming. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment and took her time to do everything perfectly. You can truly tell she takes pride in her work — my pedicure turned out absolutely beautiful!

My experience was excellent the place is big and clean aswell staff are very polite was offered a cup of tea while I have my treatment done which was hair washed blow-dried and cut i was very happy with the service I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Brilliant, been looking for somewhere closer to home to have eyebrow threading.

Michelle is so easy to get along with, her knowledge is great, I’ve had a few treatments now: Botox, collagen face lift and hair removal, will keep investing in myself, with Michelle as you really see good results and there’s never any pressure from her to rebook for more treatments!
