I heard a lot about Erika as a good massage therapist, but I didn’t have enough time to get there. And it was a matter of chance that I was presented with a gift certificate for 3 full sessions. And after the first session, according to the assesment of my body, I was surprised that the problem was in my body in a completely different place than I expected. After the remaining 2 sessions, I already felt the result on my body. I had strong headaches before visiting the massage, And at the first session, Erika does for me a head massage, and each time my pain went away.

Highly recommend karl and the treatments he provides. The main issue I had was not having full movement in my neck which was also causing an issue with my traps. I now have full movement in my neck and no pain at all. Karl is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If you have muscle or joint pain go and see him. Very reasonable as well £. 👍

This was my third visit to see Karl at bio-wise therapy and each time I have a session I always come out after feeling relaxed, calm and stress free, also within a couple of days my muscles always feel stress and ache free. Came into bio wise with moderate neck , shoulder and back pain , and quite poor mobility , work related and contact sports , never had treatment before just soldiered on like a typical bloke , had my first session with karl who you can tell is passionate about his job and knows his stuff , left there pain free and felt like a new man , got out of bed this morning fresh , looking forward to next session
