Instead of my regular sports massage, I booked a 1-1 PT session with Claire. She has developed a strength/rehabilitation programme for my hip. I have just had my first session and was amazed that my good side was so much weaker. I will use the programme daily alongside my current training and hopefully this will delay hip replacement. Just waiting for a regular PT slot to come available. I would definitely recommend,Claire, she certainly knows her stuff 😀

Got a discomfort in lower back- muscular localised pain. Claire attentively listened and focused sports massage in and around the area of discomfort. Adjusts pressure appropriately. Now feeling a lot better and given further advice when appointment finished. Wilk go back again 👌

Today I found out that miracles can happen! I went to Elinoah for a relaxing massage.... As she worked on my back, it transpired that it was extremely tense. Elinoah quickly identified how to act upon the situation efficiently. Tonight I feel so relieved and will return next week to make sure that the good work is sustained. Feeling very grateful for the care and professional approach.

Another great sports massage, Eleviated a lot of discomfort from my back and neck after 2 sessions

Due to sitting at a desk for work I have problems with my shoulder and back. A regular 90 minute massage by Ellie helps enormously. It’s part of my well being routine these days. I’ve been to a few places for sports massage but Ellie is the best! That’s why I drive from the coast to the Ouseburn to get my treatments.

I had my first consultation for sports massage with Claire who had a wealth of knowledge and good understanding of what could be causing my back neck & shoulder pain. Claire then worked on the areas that she identified could be causing this... in areas that I didn't realise were linked. Since the treatment, the intensity of the pain I have been suffering with for many year has greatly reduced, I have booked in for another session and looking forward to further treatments :-)

Yet I feel more rejuvenation from a 1 and a half hour massage with Ellie for just £55.
