I would highly recommend Farah at Therapyfit Body Clinic. The consultation was very informative and was followed by a much needed sports massage. I left feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. Valentina was fantastic. Professional, understanding and informative. Highly recommend! She read my consultation form in detail ahead of the session and discussed my body clearly and concisely with me before, during and after the massage. As well as relieving some back pain for me, Valentina also gave me a variety of pointers to go out and use in day to day life including exercises, approaches to form and things to remember which all came from a place of someone who gave the impression they genuinely cared about me and my body and the problems I've been having. 10/10 :)

Had a fabulous sports massage. Wasn't sure what to expect as normally have beauty massages. Have issues with back and shoulders so these were focussed on. Also given useful exercises to do to help with these issues.

Farah was so welcoming and so professional, I felt at ease throughout the appointment. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me as she was doing it. The treatment was amazing, I felt really comfortable and the massage was so relaxing! Again, Farah explained what she was doing and why she was doing it during the treatment, showing her expertise. After the treatment, I was given great advice and aftercare to support recovery. I will 100% be booking in again!

Been here a few times but had the best deep tissue massage today I’ve ever had from Angel she is amazing :)

Wasn’t expecting such a delightful experience! Lovely owner, helped dry my coat and shoes, also offered a towel and water after travelling in the rain all morning. Was welcomed into a beautiful building, lavender scent, warm heat and lovely staff. The massage was great, warm beds, Angel was attentive to needs and would definitely recommend!

Lovely relaxing massage

This is just my third experience with sports massage, and the first two were great, but Valentina went above and beyond! She's really passionate about not only massage but fitness and health in general, and gave me some useful tips for things I can try in my training and self care, and I'm very much looking forward to trying them. Oh, and the massage itself was great too!

Really great sports massage from Isaac. Had a really painful back and shoulder but Isaac really helped and I feel great now! Isaac was really knowledgeable and trained in both massage and anatomy which means you get result. Also really friendly and relaxed so the overall experience is excellent. Would highly recommend if you have any muscular issues or injuries.
