Farah was so welcoming and so professional, I felt at ease throughout the appointment. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me as she was doing it. The treatment was amazing, I felt really comfortable and the massage was so relaxing! Again, Farah explained what she was doing and why she was doing it during the treatment, showing her expertise. After the treatment, I was given great advice and aftercare to support recovery. I will 100% be booking in again!

I would highly recommend Farah at Therapyfit Body Clinic. The consultation was very informative and was followed by a much needed sports massage. I left feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. Amazing experience I booked for a surprise baby shower pamper day. Easy straightforward booking process, very friendly easy to talk too. I booked a luxury pedicure and pregnancy massage. My friend said its the best experience she had, felt she was patient with her being 36 weeks pregnant. Felt very relaxed after the pregnancy massage. I would definitely book again.

I had an appointment with Farah for an assessment and sports massage. Farah was very open and friendly putting me at ease right away, she explained everything she was doing thoroughly which meant I was able to learn so much about my body. The massage was amazing, with Farah checking that the pressure was right throughout and she has sent exercises for me to do to fix some of the slight issues she found. Thank you so much, the whole experience was excellent and I’ll definitely be back.
