Alaine is truly incredible at what she does. She has such a natural gift for massage and always seems to know exactly where I’m holding tension without me even having to say a word. I always feel safe and held when I visit the Bothy whatever treatment I have. This time it was Reflexology. I wish I could express it better but if you haven't tried it before, I can't rate it high enough. For me, it releases so much of what I don't know I am holding and Alaine always manages to know what is going on in my body before I tell her. Such an important part of finding time and putting myself first.
