I have been visiting Alaine for about a year with treatments at her sanctuary in Leeds and at The Bothy. Alaine has to be one of the kindest, most nurturing and knowledgeable therapists I’ve ever met. In the time I’ve been having treatments, from reflexology, Indian head and most recently the most relaxing pregnancy message, I’ve always felt incredibly well looked after and cared for. Sometimes I’ve not known how much I’ve needed those few hours away from the stresses of everyday life until I’ve seen Alaine. All the additional touches, such as delicious biscuits, are the cherry on top.

It’s not just a facial, you’re treated to a relaxing head and shoulder massage as well, and I walk out feeling a million pounds . Absolutely wonderful treatment with Ashleigh. Her room is so cosy and warm and felt so relaxed from the minutes I arrived. Ashleigh talked me through everything and answered any questions I had. She is really knowledgeable on the subject of skin care. The treatment itself was so relaxing. I had microneedling and an Indian Head Massage and I didn't want to leave at the end. I had the most relaxing few hours a ōm holistic for a fully body massage and head/scalp massage - I practically floated out of there. Alaine is a wonderful therapist, and takes the time to understand you, your aims for the treatment, and gives you plenty of time to relax both before and after. The setting is beautiful too, I couldn't recommend more!

Had the most amazing Relax & Release Back Ritual this afternoon with a Scalp Ritual add on. I felt like I literally floated out of the salon as Ashleigh released so much tension from my neck and shoulders. Finishing off with the scalp massage too was the icing on the cake. This treatment should be on prescription! Will be rebooking very soon!

I chose the Sacred Head massage for my first Om holistic experience. It was 80 minutes of pure bliss, complete relaxation and an opportunity to block out all the mundane trivia that seems to so frequently impact my thoughts. Before falling asleep I could hear gentle music, birdsong and lambs bleating in the nearby fields. It’s an idyllic country setting and beats anything in the city, hands down. The session was completed with fresh fruit and an energising ginger shot. A really lovely afternoon, thank you.
