Nav runs an exceptional sanctuary in the heart of the JQ. He has a lovely manner and created a calm and relaxing space before and after the floatation experience. Would highly recommend and will be sure to come back!

Wonderful experience here. I feel comfortable, calm and still. I would recommend this to absolutely everyone, particularly if you have a heard time quieting your mind. It makes you feel like a new person! I would like to suggest the offering of dressing gowns and flip flops/slides to guests, to increase the comfort and spa-like experience.

I visited the floating spa with a friend. It was a truly special experience. We had no idea what to expect, we were made so welcome, and everything was explained to us. Taking time in the relaxation area before your session starts is encouraged and is such a calming environment. The floating experience is a must for everyone. I have never felt so relaxed, and couldn’t believe how much tension my body was holding on too. I felt amazing afterwards and we have booked our next visit already!

Nav (owner, operator) consistently exceeds expectations. Competitive pricing, consistent (and clean) amenities, comprehensive introductions for newcomers, and a calm relaxing space to unwind afterwards. It might be the only place to float in Birmingham City Centre but if it wasn’t it would probably still be the best! If you’ve gotten used to floating in the isopod in other spas around the world, you’ll be pleased with floating here!

This was my second time here and on both occasions I have visited with someone new introducing them to a float tank too. I like the vibe and ambience here and I gotta say, the floating spa allows me to chill at a level that doesn't exist elsewhere. This is a great experience.

I love this place. Total escapism and relaxation, and although ‘only an hour’ it feels like I’ve had the most restful sleep for a week solid. I recommend the floating spa to anyone who just needs that little boost or reset from modern life.

First visit to the Floating Spa earlier today and had a wonderful experience! Nav talked me through everything I needed to know before I floated and answered any questions that I had to quash any possible problems. Cant recommend it enough and felt totally relaxed 😌 following the hour of total removal from the world! Thanks Nav and have already booked my 2nd float 🌞🌞

First time ever experiencing this today. And wow what an experience it was. I have truly have felt so relaxed in my life, still trying to wrap my head around where the time goes. I would recommend this to anyone who just needs an hour to themselves!! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, I really cannot fault anything, thank you for the experience today it has been mind blowing.

Enjoyed the experience. Staff friendly and professional. Facial was up there with one of the best. Love the Dibi range....defence facial really helped my skin concerns. Opt for the skin analyser too if you can so they can recommend products specific to your skin. I did! I will be back

A wonderful experience from start to finish. It was like all my stresses and annoyances were melted away and I was able to totally relaxed. I would highly recommend an experience at the Floating Spa for anyone who feels they get no time to themselves or feel overwhelmed. I will certainly be going back.

From the very start, I was made welcome by Nav & felt comfortable in my surroundings. It was my first time in a flotation pod and once I’d played with the my options, including the lighting, I soon settled and enjoyed the experience. I’m not usually still for more than a few minutes so it was good for me to simply relax and go with the float! I came away promising I would take better care of myself both inside & out. I would recommend The Floating Spa.
