I had micro-needling with Mel, this was something I’d been excited about for a long time. Mel explained the procedure, steamed and cleansed my skin, took a moisture reading and then commenced micro-needling. I won’t say it’s pleasant a bit like the pain from waxing so totally manageable. Once completed Mel applied and collagen mask, used red & blue light therapy gave and gave me a head and neck massage (def my favourite part). Finished with guidance on how to care for my skin after the treatment and a moisture test again. 2 days on, my pores are definitely smaller and ill be back for more

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

First visit to Essence and Co for appointment for eyebrow styling (reshaping waxing), of rather bushy brows!. Met the lovely Maya who is welcoming, friendly and puts you immediately at ease. The appointment is in a private studio with a relaxed discussion about what I want to achieve style wise, measurements taken and professional advise given about what will work and look good, and a long term plan for reshaping. So happy with the results! Will definitely rebook for regular appointments :)

Over the years, her consistency has been incredible every appointment feels just as good as the first, if not better. 10/10 Charnel is so patient, friendly and works to perfection! I've been for waxes in various other places and felt like waxing wasn't for me (boarderline traumatised). At seasonal glow it's a totally different experience. In all honesty I sometimes forget I'm having a wax. My bikini line is so much lighter now that I don't have to resort to shaving. Thank you so much !! Highly recommended x
