I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Best Thai massage in Birmingham been twice now and fantastic! Would have come more but they get booked up fast!

Neelam did an amazing job with my daughter’s haircut. She was patient, gentle, and really took the time to make sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout. The cut looks lovely. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. Highly recommend!

I would have given 10 stars if there had been a choice. I have followed Simone around Birmingham. She has NEVER let me down. We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

As always amazing, cant describe how good they are and how they treat customers. I was go for manicure and pedicure and i was amazing for the treat and profesionalism and the results.

I had a scalp examination and Japanese hair spa treatment with Lera and it was such a relaxing experience. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about my scalp and hair health. The treatment itself was incredibly soothing and left my scalp feeling clean, refreshed, and revitalised. Lera is professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing hair spa experience while also learning more about their scalp and hair care Lovely way to spend my birthday x
