Absolutely fantastic service. The staff here are always so friendly and never rush you through your treatment. Enjoyed a lovely spa pedi, followed by a gel manicure and couldn’t ask for a better service.

Wonderful experience here. I feel comfortable, calm and still. I would recommend this to absolutely everyone, particularly if you have a heard time quieting your mind. It makes you feel like a new person! I would like to suggest the offering of dressing gowns and flip flops/slides to guests, to increase the comfort and spa-like experience.

I visited the floating spa with a friend. It was a truly special experience. We had no idea what to expect, we were made so welcome, and everything was explained to us. Taking time in the relaxation area before your session starts is encouraged and is such a calming environment. The floating experience is a must for everyone. I have never felt so relaxed, and couldn’t believe how much tension my body was holding on too. I felt amazing afterwards and we have booked our next visit already!

Nav (owner, operator) consistently exceeds expectations. Competitive pricing, consistent (and clean) amenities, comprehensive introductions for newcomers, and a calm relaxing space to unwind afterwards. It might be the only place to float in Birmingham City Centre but if it wasn’t it would probably still be the best! If you’ve gotten used to floating in the isopod in other spas around the world, you’ll be pleased with floating here!

This was my second time here and on both occasions I have visited with someone new introducing them to a float tank too. I like the vibe and ambience here and I gotta say, the floating spa allows me to chill at a level that doesn't exist elsewhere. This is a great experience.

I love this place. Total escapism and relaxation, and although ‘only an hour’ it feels like I’ve had the most restful sleep for a week solid. I recommend the floating spa to anyone who just needs that little boost or reset from modern life.

First visit to the Floating Spa earlier today and had a wonderful experience! Nav talked me through everything I needed to know before I floated and answered any questions that I had to quash any possible problems. Cant recommend it enough and felt totally relaxed 😌 following the hour of total removal from the world! Thanks Nav and have already booked my 2nd float 🌞🌞

Awesome experience. Nav was a wonderful guide through the whole journey - made me feel very comfortable and explained everything brilliantly. The floating was relaxing, zen and mystical. Time and space ceased to exist. Can't wait to go back. Well worth the experience

Laura was so friendly but professional too. So glad my friend recommended this place. Get to use pool and or sauna and have spa treatments!

Treated my mum to a spa session followed by afternoon tea. We both had such a lovely time and my mum particularly felt so pampered 🥰

First time but definitely won’t be the last. Had the massage and facial package which was super relaxing and rejuvenating. Therapist checked that I was happy with the pressure throughout.

Won't go anywhere else. Treatment and facilities are top end

Great treatment as always. Loved using the pool and sauna facilities, which are a short walk from the treatment rooms. The cosy robe that you are supplied with is a nice extra touch of luxury.

Beautiful place tucked away so pool and sauna facilities are quite private. Facial was one of the best I've had.
