I had my first appointment today with the lovely Olena. I was made to feel very comfortable and I was explained everything that my treatment would involve and aftercare advice. I had the male pedicure treatment and now my feet look and feel a million times better. I work in construction and wear safety boots 10 hours + everyday so need to take care of my feet. This will be my go to treatment every month from now. Dyakuyu (дякую) 🇺🇦 🤗

I booked a birthday massage for my mother who has just turned 87. Charnel did a fantastic job and my mom felt absolutley fantastic afterwards. As always, Charnel is professional, understanding and incredibly knowledgable.

Great experience. It was my first time visiting Arivon and I will now not be going anywhere else for my waxing. Danielle was amazing, so professional and really lovely. I had micro-needling with Mel, this was something I’d been excited about for a long time. Mel explained the procedure, steamed and cleansed my skin, took a moisture reading and then commenced micro-needling. I won’t say it’s pleasant a bit like the pain from waxing so totally manageable. Once completed Mel applied and collagen mask, used red & blue light therapy gave and gave me a head and neck massage (def my favourite part). Finished with guidance on how to care for my skin after the treatment and a moisture test again. 2 days on, my pores are definitely smaller and ill be back for more

I can confidently tell you this is the safest place to get a waxing done in Birmingham. Don’t take your body elsewhere because there is simply no better place. Minimal pain unlike any I’ve ever had!

10/10 Charnel is so patient, friendly and works to perfection! I've been for waxes in various other places and felt like waxing wasn't for me (boarderline traumatised). At seasonal glow it's a totally different experience. In all honesty I sometimes forget I'm having a wax. My bikini line is so much lighter now that I don't have to resort to shaving. Thank you so much !! Highly recommended x
