The ladies in the salon had experienced a really difficult client just before I had arrived to my appointment which then set them back from their schedule and as a result I was seen to later than my original time for my appointment. Nian was very apologetic for the delay and handled the situation like a pro. Although all of the team had been set back due to this difficult client they remained professional level-headed and calm. Nian managed the team well and lead the team successfully to catch up on the time they had lost due to the difficult client. Go team Nails & the city!

Yor care was second yo none. You listened to my needs and took care of my body. I would like more ankles and feet to be included in the full body.
