I didn’t realise how much I needed this till I came. Honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made and I’m glad I got to start my health journey with you Tiniya! Everything was smooth, easy to book, and also easy to locate. She made me feel at home and her energy is unmatched. Because of her I’ve also been able to sleep so well after treatment and I also feel less tense. I have just had an amazing session with the leg compression. I feel like a new person, lighter and more energetic now and I recommend the leg compression especially for people who practice sports to speed up the recovery. I really want to say thank you for today.

Wow, wow, wow. What a passionate team, full of knowledge and time for their patients. I had a cryo and a body massage and I left upset that they don’t offer services closer to me! I’d 100% go more often if only it wasn’t a few hours journey for me. If you’re wondering whether to try it, I say do it, do it for yourself. Great place!
