I went in not knowing her at all, and by the end of the appointment it genuinely felt like we’d been friends for years. I had a really great experience with SwissLaser Even after just one treatment, I can already see a noticeable improvement in my sideburn area — there’s a big difference already, which I’m really happy with. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Wonderful relaxing experience. Enjoyed my pedicure, lash volume lift & eyebrow wax & tint. Maya's enhanced pedicure equipment enhanced the luxury and efficiency of the treatment. Maya was also gentle especially with the eyebrow waxing. Would highly recommend Maya.
